Employee Assistance Program

  • Through our provider, employees (or their immediate family members) are able to access five free sessions delivered by qualified professionals.
  • Sessions can be accessed 24/7 in either face-to-face sessions, on-line or via phone.
  • Managers can also seek guidance on how to support team members effectively through our EAP Services.

Additional Leave

  • At the Y WA, we recognise the importance of rest and time with loved ones.
  • That’s why eligible employees are gifted three additional days of leave each year between Christmas and New Year.
  • This extra time off is provided in addition to standard leave entitlements, allowing our team to recharge, celebrate, and return refreshed for the year ahead.
  • If that’s not enough, eligible employees can also purchase up to four weeks additional annual leave per year, providing extra flexibility for extended breaks or travel.
