At the Y School, we believe every student deserves an education tailored to their needs, goals and future aspirations. As a Curriculum and Reengagement in Education (CaRE) school, we provide flexible pathways that empower students to flourish.
Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Every student at the Y School has a personalised IEP that sets specific targets, irrespective of their pathway.
These plans connect curriculum outcomes with each student’s personalised needs (taking into consideration any diagnosis or disabilities), and future goals.
IEPs are reviewed regularly to ensure progress and success.
