Our educators set clear expectations, establish routines, and use positive language and role-modelling to create a safe and inclusive environment. ABOUT OUR SERVICE

PEACE OF MIND WITH SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE

Care options: Before school, after school, vacation, and pupil-free-day care for children enroled in Riverton Primary School (vacation care excluded).

Location and ages: Conveniently located onsite at Riverton Primary School (opposite side of the school oval), for children in kindergarten to year 6.

DAILY ROUTINE

EXPLORE A DAY IN OUR BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Before school care:

7:00am Service opens, warm welcome and breakfast
7:05–8:10am Activities (planned and spontaneous)
8:15am Pack up
8:20am Older children walk to class. Younger children escorted to class

After school care:

2:50pm Educators collect children
3:15pm Warm welcome, mat session and wash hands
3:25pm Afternoon tea
3:35–5:00pm Indoor/outdoor activities
5:00pm Fruit and outdoor pack up
6:00pm Service closes

Hi, I’m Purnima Hemadribhotla, the Supervisor at Riverton OSHC. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, with over 10 years’ experience across roles from Educator to Team Leader. Together with my dedicated team, I strive to create a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment, working closely with families and the community to help children learn and flourish.

Thank you for making OSHC feel like a second home.
