Our Philosophy

We exist to create opportunities for children to flourish and grow in body, mind and spirit – building the foundations they need for school, for relationships and for life.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to ensure every child who learns with us develops the wellbeing, confidence and capabilities they need to flourish, now and into the future.

Guiding Values

Our philosophy is grounded in the core values of Respect, Honesty, Responsibility and Caring, which guide the way we learn, play and interact each day.

  • Respect – We respect ourselves, others, our community and the environment, understanding that our words and actions affect those around us.
  • Honesty – We value honesty, acting with integrity and fairness so that trust can grow.
  • Responsibility – We show responsibility by making safe choices, caring for our belongings, and contributing positively to our ELC environment.
  • Caring – We demonstrate caring through kindness, compassion and support, ensuring everyone feels included and recognised.
