Share the Y WA experience and earn rewards! When your referred family enrols for at least one day a week, you both receive up to $500 credit applied directly to your Early Learning Centre account.
Refer a Friend in four easy steps
Step 1: Refer a friend
Complete our online referral form or call 08 9473 8400 to introduce a friend to an eligible Y WA Early Learning Centre.
Step 2: Your friend enrols
Your friend enrols their child for at least 1 day per week (with one day being a Monday or Friday) and remains enrolled for a minimum of 3 months.
Step 3: Celebrate together
Once all conditions are met, both families receive:
- $250 credit each for 1 day/week enrolment
- $500 credit each for 2 or more days/week enrolment
Step 4: Enjoy your reward
Rewards are applied directly to your Early Learning Centre account – easy, automatic, and hassle-free.
Frequently Asked Questions about the Refer a Friend Program
- The program is open to current families enrolled in one of our participating Y WA Early Learning Centres (excluding Albany, Timber Tots and Port Hedland).
- Referred families must be new to any Y WA Early Learning Centre
No. Families don’t need to attend the same centre to participate.
As many as you like! Multiple referrals mean multiple rewards.
To qualify:
- The Referred Family must enrol for at least one day per week (one day being a Monday or Friday).
- They must remain enrolled continuously for a minimum of 3 months (the ‘Qualifying Period’).

- 1 day/week enrolment: $250 credit per family
- 2+ days/week enrolment: $500 credit per family
- Rewards are automatically applied to Early Learning Centre accounts within 30 days after the 3-month qualifying period.
Note: Rewards cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied to other services.
If the Referred Family discontinues their enrolment before completing the Qualifying Period, no reward will be given to either family.
