What is Family Day Care?
Family Day Care is an approved child care service that provides education and care in a home based setting.
- Each Family Day Care educator cares for a small group of up to 7 children, creating a nurturing and personalised environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
- Family Day Care is run from the educator’s own home, combining the comfort of a familiar setting with the structure of an approved childcare program.
- All educators hold a Registration and Membership certificate issued by the Y WA Family Day Care service, ensuring the highest standards of safety, learning, and care.
