In 2019, Change Agent Martin Johnson was eager to use his platform to amplify the voices of young people dealing with mental health issues. Driven by his personal experiences and a passion for mental health, Martin sat down with seven young Australians to discuss their mental health experiences, personal challenges and how they could reduce the stigma. Out of these heartfelt, open and honest conversations emerged ‘Inside Our Minds’, a series of short films designed to let other young people know that they are not alone in their struggles and that there is help readily available for them.
