Program Overview

Each week, families with children ages 0 to 5 can join us for a relaxed playgroup at our Child Parent Centre in South Hedland and other nearby parks in the Hedland area. During school holidays, we also open our doors to children ages 0 to 8 years, so older kids can join in the fun too.

Every session includes a range of play based activities alongside access to integrated health and family support services to support children increase build early literacy and numeracy skills, strengthen fine and gross motor skills, and develop the confidence they need to flourish.

Play at the Park is supported by the Department of Education, ensuring it remains completely free for families.
