PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH

SERVICE PHILOSOPHY

At Huntingdale OSHC, we work in partnership with families to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging. Our philosophy is grounded in the Y’s core values of respect, honesty, responsibility, and caring, which guide the way we learn, play, and interact each day.

GUIDING POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR

Our behaviour expectations align with those of our partner schools, reinforcing consistency and safety – if it isn’t ok at school, it isn’t ok at OSHC. Our educators set clear expectations, establish routines, and use positive language and role-modelling to create a safe and inclusive environment. Guidance is calm and adaptable, always reflecting the Y’s values.
