Conveniently located inside the Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Recreation Centre, our crèche offers a welcoming space where children can play, learn and settle comfortably during your visit.
Crèche at Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Recreation Centre
Our crèche provides safe, caring supervision for children aged 8 weeks to 6 years while you enjoy the Centre’s facilities. Whether you’re using the gym, joining a group fitness class, or taking part in another activity, you can do so with confidence and peace of mind.
Crèche Opening Hours
Our crèche operates from Monday to Saturday, with slightly different hours depending on the day:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 11:45am
- Monday Night: 5:00pm to 8:00pm
- Saturday: 7:45am to 10:45am
- Closed: Sundays & Public Holidays
The Crèche can accommodate children up to the age of 10. Once a child turns 11, they will no longer be eligible to attend. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. At this stage bookings are not required for school-aged children, but demand may dictate this being implemented in the future.
Fees and Payments
Payments are made at reception, where you will receive a crèche pass or multi-pass to present to the crèche staff.
- Members Crèche pass (2-hour limit): $4.10
- Non-Members Crèche pass (2-hour limit): $6.20
- Members 10 visit Crèche pass: $36.90
- Extra hour (per child, after 2-hour limit): $2.00

Bring all essentials to ensure your child is comfortable and happy:
- Disposable nappies, wipes, creams, and a change of clothes
- Nutritious snack for our shared plate (10:00am weekdays, 9:00am Saturdays)
- Drink bottle clearly labelled with your child’s name
- Prams or strollers for comfort or sleep
- Clearly label all belongings, including clothing
Please ensure your child is wearing appropriate clothing as well as a hat, sunscreen, and enclosed shoes.
