Program Overview
Each week, families with children ages 0 to 5 can drop in for a relaxed outdoor playgroup in Albany, Mount Barker and other locations across the Great Southern region based on the needs of the local community.
Every session includes six to eight hands-on activities that build early literacy and numeracy skills, strengthen fine and gross motor skills, and help young children flourish.
Play in the Park is fully funded by Amity Health in partnership with the Department of Social Services, ensuring it remains completely free for families.

PLAYGROUP SCHEDULE
Drop in for our playgroup session any time from 10:00am onwards:
- 10:00am Welcome and free play
- 11:00am Storytime
- 11:15am Fruit snack and continued free play including a rotation of 6 to 8 activities such as sensory play, gross and fine motor skills, literacy, and numeracy
- 12:00pm Session ends
